😊: Location! Location and area was fabulous. So easy to get to everything. And facilities, kitchen and washing was good. Size of rooms great.. 😢: The stairs to get up to the room. Wasn’t aware of the narrow stairs which was challenging with the suitcases and toddlers, was fine in end for us but did have us on edge with them and lucky we are very physically capable. Would have been handy to have another set of keys inside the room or something as when I’d go out running early morning felt guilty locking my family inside main entrance..

😊: The location was good. The staff team was responsive on booking chat.. 😢: There were no lightbulb in the bedroom so I was in the total dark. The staff team was responsive so it got solve eventually but the fact that non one realized there were no lightbulb is telling. Having side bed lamps also seems a minimum to make a stay confortable. Finally the stairs are really narrow and steep, this flat would not work well for older people or people with a lot of luggage or a stroller. Overall I was disappointed because I paid a lot for these nights. I understand the prices are automatically fixed but the owner should consider that for 200 euro a night, guest WILL have some expectations. The flat is bare (no beside lamp, no shower gel, no sofa, 3 coffee capsule for a stay of 4 night , no basic ingredient such as olive oil or vinegar ect.) without any personalisation - so I felt I made a bad deal..
