This old mill on a chateau property is a perfect getaway from it all. Set along the Marconne River, the stone mill has large fireplaces, a fully-equipped kitchen and a lovely bath.

Le moulin est un lieu hors du temps, très calme et apaisant. Nous y avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Henri est un hôte attentif et charmant.

A uniquely quirky and charming watermill oozing with rustic character. An idyllic and tranquil location ideally situated for exploring the immediate area and further afield. It was perfect for escaping the pressures of modern day life and provided an enjoyable first holiday with our young dog, we look forward to returning.

The mill has a wonderful sense of isolation and escape from the pace and bustle of the outside world. We loved the simplicity and back to basics nature of the place. We'd recommend this to anyone who is seeking some peace and quiet and wants to get away from it all for a while. The mill is situated in a luscious, green area on the land of a castle just outside of Le Lude, Sarthe. It has enough space inside to live well and be creative. The mill and it's environment are inspiring. We have made a fire every evening and watched the flames in stead of TV. Read lots of books, papers and magazines. Relaxing in the comfortable bathtub and cooking or meal with local products of markets and farmers. It was like living our dream. We will come back for sure. We still think of living like this every day.

Nous avons passé un séjour des plus reposant dans ce moulin pendant ce mois de juillet. Le cadre est magnifique et le confort du moulin à été pour nous très correct. L accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires est sans faille. Je le recommande aux amoureux de la nature, aux personnes cherchant un endroit calme et isolé ou encore à toutes personnes comme nous à la recherche d'endroits magiques pour passer ses vacances, n hésitez pas.
