This is a lovely property in a quiet location (other than the bubbling of the millstream, which is wonderful white noise!). Well-equipped kitchen/dining, comfy beds, and a very helpful and charming local manager. Isabelle, our host, was also informative and helpful before and during our visit.

We had a fabulous holiday at this villa in Saintines this summer. It is an amazing house, with a large terrace and a swimming pool. Full of privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped. The friendly owner is very swift at replying to emails. We were welcomed by a super helpful gentleman who explained all about the house. It is a must to come by car, the house is located in a small village. Paris is about an hour drive.

My family and I stayed in the property for 10 days and found it really comfortable, clean and homely. The outside areas are fantastic and are great for entertaining. The gardens are secure and the pool a great addition. The house itself is quite rural however we managed to walk into a local village - Saint Sauveur - in around 20 minutes which suited us as we had our dog. Great find and I’d recommend a stay if you are local and looking for a relaxed holiday in a quiet part of northern France

We spent 18 days here and we loved it. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. The location is rural so a car is essential to get to the supermarket, restaurants and to explore places of interest. The house keeper, Slimane, was delightful and provided excellent support. He didn’t speak English but the owner, Isabelle (who lives in Madrid) was quick to respond to messages and also very helpful. Well worth the money and would definitely return.
