😊: We loved the remote location and the peace and quiet. The facilities were basic and quite dated, but it all added to the charm and character of the property.. 😢: There were some steep stone steps leading upto the entrance of the property which we managed, but could be a challenge for some guests. I would have preferred a more up-to-date coffee machine with proper real ground coffee beans..
😊: The location and the character of the old water mill. 😢: Was a little cold and fusty but considering the amount of rain in France over the last fee weeks it wasn't a problem..

😊: I loved this property, a converted water mill, I think 4 Gites, maybe 5. I had an upstairs studio. It was situated at the back of a farm, so quite rural, wouldn't suit everyone. The door was left unlocked for me. It was really spacious inside with some of the old mill workings still in situ. Lovely surroundings and a peaceful garden to sit in with the old mill race alongside..
