😊: easy access, good secure property, layout of the house was good very spacious plenty room for parking, all my family needs catered for, kids loved games room had a lot of fun with football table and pool table. 😢: Problem with fly's but no fault of the owner who was there straight away when we mentioned it. No town near to walk to, needed to use car every day to get about, nearest bar / restaurants was in Guingamp which is a luverly place to visit Lidle and Burger King are there.
