Overall the appartement is good,...<br>#128578; Aircon, good location, nice light, good amenities very close by<br>#128577; 2 out of the 3 fins on the drum of the washing machine were missing or had been knocked off by an earlier tenant and given that this had been mentioned by earlier tenants, it should have been resolved. The result is damage to clothes. It is great to have off street parking, but the car lift is very narrow and not easy to manoeuvre into particularly from inside the car park given that there is a pillar positioned awkwardly near the first lift.

While consulting a Le Concierge representative in person, they assured us we would receive (at least a partial) refund upon providing evidence. We suffered distress and did not receive any assistance—we reported the situation during our stay, but the team refused to do anything. One of our companions had to end her stay prematurely—only after the first (!) night—due to severe entomophobia. The rest of us experienced anxiety ...
