Annecy appartement classé dans villa entre lac et montagne

Location propre, bien située, proche de nombreuses randonnées à pieds et du Lac par voiture. Propriétaire très sympathique et discret.

We (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed 1 week in August 2022 in this very nice quiet and relaxing apartment. We were welcomed by the owners warmly. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped - all the kitchen utilities you may wish, supplements for the dishwasher and laundry, furniture at the nice terrasse, etc are provided. The terrace has a sun protection which we used during the hot days we were in Villaz (up to 37degC). The garden is large and can be used freely. The apartment offers an astonishing 360° view to the mountains and the surrounding area. Although it is uphill the small village Villaz is at the same plateau and the grocery shopping and delicious bakery (1km) are within reach without climbing (we used our own bicycles). The area offers a lot for a great vacation - nice lake, beautiful cities and hiking and cycling opportunities. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Dans un environnement verdoyant, pas trop loin d Annecy, plein de balades à faire. Excellents accueil et conseils de la part des propriétaires ! Je recommande

La location est idéalement située dans un cadre champêtre au pied de la montagne Le Parmelan. La proximité d'Annecy et de son Lac est un atout supplémentaire.
