😊: Location was ok. 😢: It was an incredibly hot place, no windows to open in the bedrooms and we had to close the outside shutters for the person who slept on the sofa bed as it was to light not too which in my eyes is a terrible health hazards. This place needs to supply fans or air con. No privacy in the bedrooms (glass windowed doors). Wee on the toilet seat when we arrived and the shower was dirty. Rubbish out the front of the house which we reported straight away and was told it would be sorted. It wasn’t. There were used tampax, dirty nappies and medication in this rubbish. We were unable to sit outside or the children play. I also told them that there wasn’t an iron or a clothes hanger which they never commented on or supplied so had to wear creases clothes when it specifically said there was an iron available..
