Apart near Airport, Palexpo, UN, WHO, ICRC, ILO, Cern, Arena / 3 beds - 2 baths

Everything about this apartment made it the perfect spot for two couples touring the area and attending a three-day event at Palexpo- quiet, comfortable seating and beds, modern bathrooms and appliances throughout (including full-sized washer and dryer), Nespresso coffee maker, on—site parking, near-by groceries and restaurants (don’t miss Shalimar!), communication with host, ease of access to motorways and Geneva. Although the car park was nearly full at night, we only encountered two other residents. We’ve rented many homes and apartments and this was by far the most faithful to photos and reviews. We even figured out how to take the local buses! Thank you, Sam!

We stayed in the flat over the christmas week 2018 and were very pleased with the place. The rooms were comfortably furnished and very clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils as well as electric gadgets and a supply of tea, coffee and sugar, which was very nice. The bottle of Sparkly and chocolates as well as the beautiful Poinsetta made us feel very welcome and added a festive feel to the flat. We also want to say thank you to Sam for his kind offer to do some grocery shopping for us prior to our arrival, it was very much appreciated. Small issues were immediately taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and if we are in the area again we will definitely get in touch to book the flat again. We would like to say a big Thank You to Sam and best wishes from Sven Lynn and Christine
