Aparthotel Adagio Access Paris Clichy

Not far from train station which was great. Breakfast was ok but staff didn’t restock items very much so need to be down early to get full choice. Clean and tidy. Would use this place again.

nice size room, especially the bathroom room. I liked the in-room fridge, sink and dishes/silverware/glasses, etc. However, the microwave was very difficult to operate. The hotel was close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc. And, was less than a 10-minute walk to the Metro (the 14 Line).

No, it was a filthy place. I was scared to be there and was freezing and got bed bug bites. There were hairs all over the sheets and floor. The temperature was freezing and I couldn’t change the temperature. Keep scrolling and run for your life.

Was great thank you, good location for Metro-Marie de Clichy closest although Port de Clichy not too far. Hotel clean, room spacious, large bathroom, shower powerful enough. Clichy a good base, town centre pleasant with some decent restaurants/bars. Would stay again!!!

Fairy cental to public transport. Hotel was absolutely adequate, perhaps a little tired. Beds, shower etc. absolutely fine. Breakfast fairly basic but adequate. Coffee was not good.

The hotel was nice and clean! Lots of room. Shower was good and hot. They were accommodating for an early arrival with a place to store our luggage. Huge difference!!! The only down fall was my son tried to get breakfast and he was told he couldn’t. We were in a hurry that morning and they wouldn’t let him eat until I came down to pay. He’s 19 not 9.

The hotel is quiet but not close to public transportation and the neighbourhood is dark at night. They charge extra 50 euros that they block frim the account claiming it will be refunded upon checkout. However, it is been 16 days since I checked out and nothing was refunded yet! The heating is central and rooms temperatures are not controllable from within the room for financial reasons. After a shower, the room feels cold without any possibility to change the temperature. One night there was not even hot water, but they said it was a technical error that was fixed the next day. The towels and bed spreadsheets are changed only once per week so they were not changed at all during my 7 nights stay! To get a change they propose extra fees. The room is cleaned once per week only as well. The machine to check lugguage weight was not working and it took the money twice without giving any results. Yet I was not refunded because there is no possibility to solve any problems at night for the manager is not there. Finally, the kitchen has a terrible sound all the time. At the beginning, it is disturbing then you get used to it somehow. This cannot be fixed either!

The receptionist was friendly and helpful just what you need on arrival. The room was clean and a good size as was the bathroom and kitchen area. The only reason for not giving excellent throughout was that some of the decor was a bit tired and the bed a bit too firm. Other than that a good base for visiting Paris and relatives.
