😊: The saving grace is the location, close to the beach and old town is really nice. 😢: BLACK MOULD in the bathroom, all over the shower. Wasn’t clean when we arrived. There are also too many instructions posted around. They want you to leave the bathroom door open the entire time to “air it out”. Because of this it gets very humid in the flat and these little bugs were thriving in there. The bathroom fan does nothing. The aircon can not go under a certain temperature otherwise it breaks apparently but it’s also not really aircon, didn’t change the temp of the room. And you have to empty the water from it into a bucket every now and then They say there’s a kitchen and there is but there’s no salt, pepper, oil and limited old warn out utensils and pans. It wasn’t very nice to cook and enjoy a meal. The chairs are not comfy, the bed has dirty cushions on it. We stayed for 3 nights and I guess the 1 rubbish bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper they supply got us through but the 2 tiny sachets of body wash were done on day one so we had to go and buy all the basics from the shop. No hand soap, watered down dishwashing liquid, only 1 dishwasher tablet and you can only do 2 loads of washing with the 2 tablets they leave you. They make you walk your rubbish down the road and into the bin around the corner too before you check out or they fine you I believe..

😊: Very central location, in fact you will possibly not get any where with such convenience than this location .its a decent size apartment and it was very clean and tidy. 😢: The 71 uneven steps up to the apartment are a challenge as there is no elevator in this building , the air con didn’t work and when we enquired we were told it is not turned on until June . It has to be 22 degrees outside before they turn on the air con as electricity is very expensive they said , even though it is advertised with air conditioning! opening the windows at night is not really an option as there is a late opening club under the apartment . The 4 bed pillows had only 2 pillow covers. The apartment is only serviced with clean sheets and towels every 7 days so when you run out of shampoo, toilet paper you must go and buy your own and be very economical with the towels , the stairs and air conditioning were our only main bug bears.

😊: Location. 😢: Shower head was broken from 2nd sept to 9th sept and it still wasnt fixed 5 weeks later i see...case seating was already torn which we were charged for...and got our money back after a struggle..service here is a joke...never again...would be very nervous about paying deposit here in advance again.

😊: Location, location, location! So close to the beach. Bed was comfortable.. 😢: The air-conditioning restrictions meant the unit was a little hot even at night. I would recommend adding a pedastal fan to help circulate the cool air through to the bed area..
