Apartment 33 on The Old Historic Senate Square

😊: Apartment is situated right in the centre of old Nice, with shops, restaurants and the beach right across the road. It was good to be able to walk to the beach with the kids. Apartment was very clean, it had everything we needed in terms of amenities, like a well stocked kitchen to bathroom amenities, even to the tiniest details like a little coin purse which you can take to the beach without carrying cards and beach umbrella etc. It was also beautifully decorated and cosy. There was aircon which was very important in hot summer. The host was also very welcoming and responsive.. 😢: I would rate this apartment a 10 if it wasn't for the unbearable nightime noise. The apartment is located right on top of a nightclub and where people seem to converge after night outs as Nice doesn't sleep and neither did for most part of the 7 days we stayed. Our kids hardly slept during the entire and they are usually deep sleepers. We invested in earplugs but that did very little. Closing the shutters didn't help much either. The noise goes on for most nights till 5 am and the morning noise starts. It made the stay very uncomfortable. Triple glazing or sound proofing the apartment is necessary. The aprtment is also a loft, not really a 2 bedroom, so you would be able to watch tv when the kids are sleeping as the sleeping areas are fully open upstairs. The open 1st level sleeping would also be dangerous from smaller children left unsupervised. There is also a very tiny staircase to go up, so you have to be careful going up and down and would be difficult for people with limited mobility..

Exceptional<br>#128578; This apartment was exactly what we needed. Lovely, charming and spacious. Kitchen had everything needed including a big fridge. Very welcoming atmosphere. Dima was a star and very accommodating as I was delayed and she let my sister pick up the key. Amazing communication. We had a great weekend in a perfect apartment and it couldn't be closer to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars! 🥳👍♥️. Thankyou.<br>#128577; Nothing to dislike for us. 😀

Would recommend and we will...<br>#128578; It was perfectly situated in a picturesque part of Old Nice, overlooking the cutest little square with views of a shop and cafe. Perfect for people watching! It was a couple of minutes walk to the beach, market and restaurants. We loved the decor and it was very clean and comfortable. Dima was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.
