Apartment Balcony Paris 16 Auteuil, Parc Des Princes

😢: We unexpectantly had to pay a safety deposit to the owner and were ensured that we would get the payment back after our stay. We did not break anything and were only in the apartment at night to sleep so we could see the city all day the next day. We hardly used the apartment and upon request that we receive our deposit payment back the owner didn’t respond at all to our messages and ghosted us basically. I would not recommend booking this apartment since the owner is a scammer. Such a waste of a beautiful apartment in the City Center but i would not book here again ever..

😢: We paid a €500 deposit, which was mentioned in the fine print as a guarantee for potential damages. This amount was not returned to us, with the excuse being a broken window. It’s absurd to suggest that we, as a family, would go there just to break the host’s window. The host doesn’t speak English, making communication extremely difficult. The room was not very clean. The air conditioning unit was a noisy floor model, and to use it, you had to keep the window open so the exhaust pipe could go outside. Additionally, the property listed on Booking had a different address—it turned out to be the house across the street. I do not recommend this place. I’ve never experienced such treatment before. At best, it was unacceptable..

😊: Good spot. Piecefull neiborhood. 😢: No elevator, 5th floor.

😊: We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this apartment in Paris. The host was extremely kind and helpful, always available and attentive to our needs. Although the apartment is located outside the city center, it is very well connected and easy to reach the main attractions by public transport. The place was clean, bright, and well-maintained — just as shown in the photos. A great value for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Paris. Highly recommended!.
