😊: Location excellent. 😢: Beds were terrible, sagging matresses & springs protruding..

😊: Nothing, but the location. Don’t recommend.. 😢: They don’t answer on booking after reservation. To get keys and to return them, YOU have to go to their office and back (30 min walking each direction). They scan your debit/credit card. It was cold inside — we wanted to use blankets, but they were very dirty and stinky. Towels aren’t included and should be rented. There is no toilet paper (there was 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 3-days booking). There are no trash bags. Only one socket in the living room is working, so just one lamp can be used. There is no soap..

😊: Great location, right next to a small kids park and a couple of minutes walk to main streets with shops. Really nice views from the windows. 😢: - This accommodation is run like a mix of Airbnb /hostel which I didn't expect when booking (Airbnb in that there are cleaning tasks you are required to complete on leaving the property and hostel dorm room in that the beds are not made, although linen is provided, and there are no towels whatsoever) - it's hidden in the policies that towels can be hired, but it isn't made particularly clear until you have paid that no towels are provided at all, so you have to bring hand towels, bathmats, bath towels, tea towels..) - what looks like black mould all up the walls in the stairwell - it's not mentioned anywhere in the description that you are required to go to a location 30 mins walk away (by the train station) to collect the key (for the price I fail to understand why the company is unable to invest in a lockbox) - only half a roll of toilet paper is provided - Saturday night there is bar/club very close that blasts music until midnight (not ideal if you are travelling with children).

😊: Location was fantastic. Nice rooms and views :) everything was very clean. Got what you paid for. Would stay again.. 😢: No lockbox at the property which meant an extra €40 for taxis on arrival and departure to get the keys. Shower wasn't great - shower head was broken and couldn't stay up (but it did the job). Pillows weren't super comfortable, but again, not terrible. Only two rolls of toilet paper, which meant we ran out on day two..

😊: Great central location in Intramurs St.Malo, close to shops, restaurants and beaches, and within walking distance of the train station (25 mins). 😢: Nothing.
