We enjoyed our visit to...<br>#128578; Good location with parking. Good Patisserie nearby for morning breakfast baguettes. Close to Supermarkets and Lake Annecy. Free public bus into Annecy Town. Apartment well equipped for self catering. The local concierges were very good.<br>#128577; There were problems in paying the security deposit online to the agent Hostenga. Solved by paying in cash with help from local concierge. This was a problem as we had to try and resolve all this whilst visiting Paris. Either inform us in advance to pay in cash or make online payment whilst at home.

Difficultés d'organisation des check in et check out (pression pour arriver plus tôt, départ retardé). Route bruyante à proximité (gênant la nuit). Distance d'Annecy (durée du trajet en raison d'une circulation très chargée).

Lovely apartment - Do not...<br>#128578; Rosita concierge excellent. Sophie returned keys and deposit perfectly and both lovely people. Hostenga agents in London are Terrible - do not book with them!!! They are impossible to contact, try to take deposit and tax early ( and tried to take excess tax!! ) Also if you pay deposit by card they won't return your 500 euro deposit for weeks!!!<br>#128577; Hostenga - impossible to contact, no support - they just want the Money!!!!
