😊: Modern apartment.. 😢: Our stay was significantly affected by several issues, particularly involving the permanent residents of neighboring apartment 1B: 1. Parking: The residents of 1B and their visitors parked partially or entirely in our designated spaces and refused to move their vehicles when asked. Their response was rude and uncooperative. On some occasions, their vehicle also obstructed the pedestrian access to our apartment. 2. Motorcycle: They drove their motorcycle along the shared pedestrian walkway to our apartment and parked it next to the walkway and our door, which was concerning as we used the same passage with our 2.5-year-old child. 3. Dog: Their large dog was allowed to roam freely without a leash, entered our private terrace and defecated in our private area. They also placed the dog’s food bowl in the passageway to our apartment. This made us feel unsafe, particularly with our 2.5-year-old child. These incidents, together with the way the residents and their visitors would stare at us, made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We believe Interhome and the owner should intervene to ensure that private property is respected and common areas are used appropriately. 4. Privacy: One of the 1B residents’ vehicles was regularly parked directly in front of one of our bedrooms, with a direct view into the room. The living room, kitchen and terrace are also exposed to neighboring properties, while the Chez L’Oncle restaurant has a direct view into the apartment. We therefore did not feel comfortable using our terrace and had to keep the curtains closed. 5. Tourist tax: Interhome repeatedly attempted to charge us a tourist tax despite our Booking.com reservation already including applicable taxes and fees. This even included our 2.5-year-old child, who was exempt. Booking.com had to intervene to ensure the reservation terms were respected. We would not recommend booking this property without first confirming with Interhome that these issues have been properly addressed..
