😊: View from the terrace. 😢: 1. Bedbug Infestation: Unfortunately, we discovered that the bedroom had bedbugs, and as a result, our bodies are covered in bite marks. This is an extremely distressing and unacceptable situation that affected our sleep and overall well-being. 2. Broken Sofa: After realizing the bedroom was not fit for use, we tried to sleep in the living room, but one of the sofas—specifically the one next to the entrance—was broken. It was impossible to use it for sleeping, leaving us with only one other option. 3. Mosquitoes in Saint Tropez: While I understand that mosquitoes are outside of your control, it would have been considerate to inform guests about this issue or provide some form of mosquito repellent. We ended up covered in bites, adding to our discomfort, which made our stay even more distressing. Considering these issues, especially the unsanitary conditions due to bedbugs, I believe compensation is appropriate in this case. I would like to know what you suggest as a fair resolution..
