Apartment HOME in Paris with View, 15min direct to center - Apartment with City View

😊: What we liked most was that we moved out of that apartment. 😢: To survive in this apartment, you need to bring your own: red cockroach repellent, mosquito repellent. And also cooking utensils and all the utensils for eating (in this apartment they look like they came from the trash). Your own bed linen and towels (the textiles in this apartment are very old). So many clothes that you don’t have to wash them (the washing machine is infected with black mold). Portable refrigerator (the freezer doesn’t freeze and all the water flows onto the food). Unsolvable problems: heat (no air conditioning, windows don’t open for ventilation, you can only open them completely). Windows and door are flimsy, you’ll have to carry valuables with you. Because the apartment is on the top floor and it can easily be robbed. The noise is incredible (trams and cars under the windows 24 hours a day). The smell of mold from everything that was previously washed in the local washing machine, a shower leaking onto the floor and again the smell of mold. Instead of a bed, there is a sofa that creaks with every movement, it is impossible to sleep on, and then in the morning your back hurts. It is as if you are lying in a hole. If you are tall, your legs will not fit - the mattress is limited by an iron curb. There is also a mattress thrown on the floor. Owner sent us the wrong code. And it was a lot of stress when we couldn't get the key from the code box. The elevator did not work and we walked to the 8th floor with our things after a two-day auto journey, after that in the morning owner convinced us that the elevator worked. And then she persistently wrote questions about what we needed. But we didn't answer, to ruin our trip even more. The only thing we could write was: you need to buy everything new here, which was promised for the price paid. +The owner could not explain how to park the car. The bathroom has central ventilation and cockroaches crawl out of there. The hallway smells of garbage, possibly a garbage chute..

😊: Beautifully presented, wonderful views and with an extremely comfortable bed. Host was very helpful indeed when booking and during my stay. Highly recommended.. 😢: I really can’t fault this apartment. Everything had been thought of..

😊: A really lovely apartment in the 19. Arrondissement, very close access to „Porte de Lilas“ Metro Station. You can get anywhere within 20-30 minutes. The apartment itself is equipped with really anything, dish washer to washing machine, fridge, coffee machine and everything you need with all supplies. It has a great view to even the Airport far away. It is perfectly clean and decorated with passion but purity. Ellie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome from the first second to the last at our visit. The bedsheets were so fresh and comfortable just like at home, the only slight negative was that the mattress could use a replacement some time. Also to add is the parking Garage just next door, very cheap parking For Paris via Onepark (paid 48€ for 4 days!) but you rather park at the lower Level rather than 1. Floor, the Garage is tiny, we scratched parts of our lowered car :( but this has nothing to do with that great Apartment on the top floor, which was Perfect in every detail <3 Thank you Ellie for being such a wonderful host!!! Excellent stay .<br>#128578; Best apartment I have been to in Paris. Very spacious and cozy. It was a nice surprise to see that the apartment was on the third floor and had absolutely everything even AC and a fan, a lot of towels, wardrobes and sheets. Everything was super clean and new which is rare in Paris. Thank you to the host Elie, everything was perfect, I will definitely come back with my family. There is Netflix and Prime as well in the tele.The surrounding of the apartment mostly are mirrors. My infant is everywhere around the house so i have to wipe from time to time because of his finger prints in the mirrors..<br>#128577; Lift is very small. my baby’s buggy is barely enough to fit.

Exceptional<br>#128578; The apartment is just reformed, thus it's all new inside. You have all the needed for cooking and for a comfortable stay. 2 people I would say it's the perfect number to stay at the apartment, if more it may be more complicated in finding the space for everyone, even if inside the apartment you have 1 double sofa bed (really comfortable!!) and 2 single sofa-beds. Overall Definitely recommend!<br>#128577; The only thing missing was a table to eat, but the owner told me that she is working on it and soon it will be there.
