Apartment in the mountains and near Lake Annecy

Ken is a great host, very communicative and has great insights on things in the area (grocery stores, restaurants, activities in Annecy and in surrounding towns, hikes, viewpoints...etc)! We had a lovely stay, the property has an incredible mountain view and if you're lucky the cows will be out back to greet you in the mornings. It is quiet, peaceful and clean. It is also very accessible to necessities such as grocery/convenience stores.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. It is located close to the lake in a lovely village. The host was kind and provided clear, detailed instructions for reaching the property. Thanks to this, we were able to find the house easily, even at night.

The accommodation is modest but very nice, located in a quite place. The owner are so much friendly and super useful, providing a lot of information. The overall rate is 4 to 5 because the mattress were not very comfortable, probably because are a little bit old.

We had a really nice stay. It is a nice apartment, enough space for 4 persons, the double bed for the parents is a little bit small. We did every day another trip and there is a lot to see around. The owners are very kind and lovely. Thank You!

A lovely property with beautiful views across the valley in a good location for access to Lake Annecy and the ski resorts. The hosts are extremely welcoming and are pleased to help with any local knowledge required. We enjoyed our short stay as a family of five.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful area of France. Hosts were very helpful and fun to get to know. Be aware that there is no TV which did not bother us but some people may be unhappy about that. Beautiful view from the chalet. We loved hearing the church bells. Did not want to leave!

We are a Dutch couple who stayed in the gite of Ken and his wife for a week. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need and the hosts are extremely hospitable, ranging from lending us equipment for our hikes, to giving us the best hiking tips and information, additional to all the tourist information that was already in the house upon arrival. We had a very nice stay in a beautiful area with a lot of different possible activities. I would strongly recommend this holiday residence.
