😊: The apartment was clean. 😢: They didn't supply enough bed sheets despite me paying for two sets (only one provided). Dark haired woman at office extremely rude. No one answered any of my messages or emails before the trip. I was never sent the information for check in details via WhatsApp, and when I told the woman in the office this she snorted and rolled her eyes as if I was lying. The fact I didn't receive th8s info meant we stayed in a hotel for the first evening as we were unsure of whether we'd be able to check in. On Tuesday I emailed the office asking for the WiFi password and they didn't reply till Thursday, and only then to say "contact the person on-site" along with the number which I had called several times and left messages on because no one answers it, or replies to the messages. I am so dissatisfied with the service that I would like a partial refund of 15 euros for the missing bed sheets, 90 euros for the hotel on the first night plus another 20 euros to compensate the cost of the phone data used by me and my friend as we had no access to the WiFi..
