Apartment La Baie by Interhome

😊: A lovely apartment in a stunning location. We had a great holiday, enjoying the accommodation and its wonderful outlook as well as the area around Dinard. Some of the facilities are a little dated (e.g. microwave oven) but the overall feeling is of being a visitor in a well-loved family home.. 😢: Our arrival was made a bit stressful because the instructions for Sunday arrival were unclear. We knew that the keyholder office would be closed on a Sunday. Having checked specifically whether we should go directly to the apartment as the Interhome office would be closed we were told yes. However the keysafe with a code provided was actually outside the closed office in Dinard. Finding no keysafe at the (gated) apartment block we tried phoning the Interhome emergency number - to no avail - and tried to find the concierge of the apartment block, who was not at home. We therefore went to find the Interhome office and luckily spotted a keysafe which gave us access to a box containing details of access and keys. Had this arrangement been made clear in advance we would have had a totally stress-free stay! Please ask Interhome to ensure that this simple bit of information is clearly stated on the website 'if arriving on a Sunday or outside of opening hours you may collect your keys and documentation from the locked box outside the Interhome office, using the code provided'..
