😊: The location and the member of who finally got us towels and the Wifi password. Also the member of staff who let us us another alatyment's washjng machine because ours was broken. The price wss lovely.. 😢: We no towels when we arrived because the contact number or email on Booking.com was wrong so no emails were answered meaning they didn't know we wanted towels. We were hastily greeted on our arrival and given the wrong handbook so we didn't have Wifi. We had to go to the office in Dinard the next day to collect both towels and password. The office is only open in the moning until 12 and again between 4-6. There is no key safe at the property. This meant when my train was cancelled by Eurodtar I had to leave a day early on a Sunday. There are no early buses on Sunday so I needed a cab for 07:45. We asked the emergency number if there was somewhere we could leave the key or if a rep could meet us at Le Petite Robinson, our accommodation. No was the answer. So at 6am I set of to walk the mile and a half into Dinard and back to put thre keys and handbook through a letter box while my friend, whom I shared the apartment, stood outside with our luggage. We are two woman aged 73 and 76. Finally thd flat was damp and grubby. Skirting boards were dusty, the floors were gritty and the flooring lifting in places. Thecwashing machine didn't work. My bathtoom had mold on the shower tiles. The electrical skockets in my bedroom were behind the furniture. I pulled out a bedside table to reach a socket and found damp dust on the skirting. the back of the beds and backs of side tables. I cleaned away the dust, but couldn't fix the damp. Also there was no wardrobe in the larger bedroom..
