😊: Room sizes ok, free parking across the road. Bed was comfy enough.. 😢: Nightmare having pick up and drop off keys from office. We paid for 5 nights but left after 3 due to unbearable heat in the flat, no AC or fans provided (I did ask for a fan but was told no). My dog got unwell due to the heat. Cleanliness was not good (see pics). Noise at 5am from upstairs, no soundproofing. No chopping board, tea towels, towels, every basic need was an extra charge. Departure rules were almost threatening (see pic). Definitely wouldn't stay there again..
