😊: Good location for mountain biking. Good shower.. 😢: Cold, just one electric heater so couldn't get room above 13c. Instructions for entry wrong, incomplete and frustrating. Took 2 Hours to get entry on arrival via calls to head office in prague. Keybox totally hidden. Appt smelled of dog. No washing up cloths, liquid. No extra toilet paper other than partially used roll. Tired building and flat despite recent splash of emulsion. I could continue....

😢: The cutlery was dirty.

😊: Location was good. The place was spacious. A views from the windows were great.. 😢: Some duvets and mattresses were dirty. On few of them I have seen urinating marks. So I put them aside..

😊: Fantastic location, very close to the chairs. Big enough for a family of 5, lots of light from the windows.. 😢: Extremely dirty, food from previous guests in the kitchen, carpets very dirty, no bed linen, no towels. The main issue is that they control the heating to a very low temperature, snowing outside and single glazed windows. Simply absurd. You must let guests increase the temperature and you must clean the flat. Would not return..
