😊: Very spacious apartment, with breath taking views from the large terrace area. Really felt like a penthouse suite. Great kitchen facilities, didn't eat out often, as we had the best views of any restaurant in the area. Perfect location for exploring Nice, Monaco, Menton etc. all easily accessible by bus/train, with a bus stop right outside the apartment, and only a 10min walk into the pretty village of Eze. The owner was very responsive to all our requests too.. 😢: The apartment complex lift stopped working for a couple of days, which isn't ideal when you're on the 5th floor. The owner however reported the issue swiftly..

😊: Big, clean apartment with amazing view from a huge terrace. Beautiful location.. 😢: We had a very disappointing stay at this apartment due to several major comfort issues, poor facilities, and unhelpful ownership. First, the AC in one of the bedrooms was completely out of order. A technician inspected it and confirmed it could not be fixed during our stay, leaving the bedroom uncomfortably hot for two of our children. We would never have booked this property had we known the AC was non-functional. When we requested compensation for the inconvenience, the owner flatly refused. Thankfully, Booking.com customer service stepped up and provided a resolution directly, which we greatly appreciated! Inside, the property had other maintenance issues: the master bathroom had a persistent damp smell, and the shower in the master bathroom (located over a bathtub) had such low water pressure that it was almost useless. The pool area was equally disappointing. There were no sunbeds, chairs or umbrellas provided. We had to sit on the ground. To make matters worse, shoes were strictly forbidden, but the ground was burning hot and extremely uncomfortable to walk on. We are a family with three children, they love being by a pool, - but we couldn't enjoy the pool area at all for these reasons. In the end, we simply cannot recommend this place. Given the cost and all the faults, the price does not match the quality at all—it feels like a pure money machine..

😊: lovely apartment and wonderful view. 😢: A lot of keys to access the property and the lift wasnt accessible to our floor while we were there. it was very hot and no air conditioning in the living area also no pool lounges or umbrellas around the pool which meant a dip and back to the apartment as it was too hot to sit on the ground..
