😊: Great location next to the slopes..

😊: Great property exactly what we were expecting inside with great views of the mountains good facilities and an ideal location.. 😢: There were no issues with the property just found the staff to be rude. We couldn’t locate some things in the property and rang up for assistance and were just rudely clapped back at saying no one else all season had issues so it’s a you problem. Not the sort of interaction I would expect, especially having worked in hospitality in the alps myself..

😊: The apartment was clean, modern and in a great location.. 😢: 1) The beds are very uncomfortable. 2)Despite the great location of the apartment which is near to a ski slope located behind the apartment building and also is a short walk to the nearby restaurants & bars, the apartment is on a busy road and it gets quite noisy with drunk people walking past. The noise can often go on into the early hours. As our room was on the first floor and close to the main road, there were snowballs regularly thrown at our windows. This happened to our room and surrounding rooms every night. Whilst this wasn’t a problem for us as we can see the funny side, I can imagine that for families with children or for people who just want to get some sleep, this could be a problem. 3)You have some essentials such as the kitchen utensils etc. to cook with. However, you need to bring other key essentials which I’ve never not had buy/bring when staying in a self catering apartment before. We expected to have to bring a towel for showering, but not providing hand towels for near the sink or towels for drying the dishes was slightly annoying. This just created an inconvenience. Also, if you are using more than one bed, you need additional linen, pillow cases and duvet covers. This was ok for us, but again, could cause you issues if you don’t bring additional or loan some..

😊: Location and high standard of apartment. 😢: Pillows.

😊: Right next to the TUFs chairlift and in the central area. Accessible to all rental, resturant and bars.. 😢: N/A- it is a great option..
