Apartment Rond Point des Pistes - Val Claret-20 by Interhome

😊: Great location for skiing. 😢: The beds in the loft space are not really usable, since the ceiling height is so low. The shower is very small and it didn't drain properly. We had to fix the sink, since it didn't drain. We had pre-ordered towels, but they weren't in the apartment even though I had checked beforehand and they had promised that they would be there. We arrived after the office had closed, so we didn't get the towels until the following afternoon, we tried to get it sorted by calling the Swiss office, but they just left us on hold. The fire alarm didn't work and was lying on a shelf, which is a safety issue. We shared all the issues with Interhome and they got back to us after we had checked out, and they ignored the majority of the issues we had raised. Terrible customer service. I have no idea how you would be able to fit 6 people in this apartment..

😊: Very good location just next to the slope, nearly ski in/ski out. The kitchen was small but well equipped. 2 bedrooms mean 2 beds over the sitting area and 2 bunk beds in extremely small room behind the courtain, but it is usual in France and the price was good for it.. 😢: The shower did not drain - as somebody wrote before. After our arrival there was a strange smell in the room. No space for ski boots..
