Grande terrasse. Très calme. Parking.<br>#128577; Absence micro-ondes. Chaleur, moustiques (clim. serait top). Boulangerie pas tout près, ni poubelle des verres.

Great flat - poor hosting...<br>#128578; Lovely modern flat with terrace and fully stocked kitchen including spices, salt, pepper so on. Carrefour Cite just round the corner for bread, wine, etc. Short walk/bike/tram to from downtown Bordeaux. Good restaurants nearby - Le Confidentiel is worth a visit. Close to Cite du Vin museum.<br>#128577; The hosting company (Hostenga) were friendly but very amateurish. Confusing and poorly worded invoices. Haphazard payment process with incorrect messages on their 'Sumup' website saying the credit card payment had failed when it had in fact gone through OK as confirmed by my phone call to Hostenga. Completely wrong information for checking in, sending us to the wrong place 30 mins walk away. Missing key code to actually get the keys. Late-night text at the last minute re checkout. Needs...

Convenient place to stay with...<br>#128578; it is spacious and had very comfortable beds. ideally located to use the tram.<br>#128577; Never had to pay a 500€ deposit before with booking.com. No explanation as to when that would be returned.

Had a brilliant tie no...<br>#128578; Stéphan met us when he said he would! The apartment is amazing … a home from home! The tram was very close So you could get around Bordeaux easily !!<br>#128577; Only think wrong and we got round this is there was no hand washing facilities in the toilet so you had to come out and either go to the bathroom or kitchen to wash your hands!!!
