No beachfront the view was that we were right on the ring round. Very noisy.!! Although when you shut windows French doors you couldn’t hear the constant traffic sound. Luckily we didn’t use the balcony area as weather wasn’t great we were out most of the time. Also the owner needs to explain entry of apartment, garage and WiFi a bit clearer. As we has problems. Très bonne situation de l’appartement,...<br>#128578; Appartement très bien situé et bien desservi, commerces à proximité, propriétaire très disponible, lieux neufs, propres et très bien insonorisés, résidence calme et sécurisée.<br>#128577; Nuisances sonores possibles et lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes, du fait de l’activité du secteur. Place de parking très serrée. Fortes chaleurs (appartement au dernier étage), mais les ventilateurs mis à disposition par le propriétaire aident bien.
