Appart 4 avec sa Terrasse Unique de 50m2 dans le Golfe De Saint Tropez !!!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet und wunderschön. Die Dachterrasse ist toll mit herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht und auf St. Tropez. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und David ist ein sehr angenehmer und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Gibt Tipps, hat tolle Restaurant Vorschläge. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gern wieder. Danke!

Das Apartment ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was sinnvoll ist. Es ist für 2 Personen ausreichend groß. Die Lage ist perfekt, 50 Meter entfernt vom Badestrand. Eine Besonderheit ist die sehr große Terrasse, die zum Frühstücken und Verweilen am Abend einlädt.

Wir waren für eine Woche in dieser Wohnung und waren begeistert. Die Lage ist einfach top. Man wacht mit Meerblick auf und genießt den Abend auf der sehr großen Terrasse. Die Wohnung an sich ist klein, aber ausreichend für zwei Personen. Wir können dieses Apartment nur weiter empfehlen.

Tout était conforme à l'annonce sauf les frais de ménage de 35e non mentionnés et obligatoires. L'hôte est très sympathique et nous a très bien accueilli. Le studio dispose de tout et à répondu à nos attentes et est très proche de la vieille ville ce qui est parfait. Un grand merci à David qui nous a permis de passer une superbe semaine de vacances.

Superbe location, moderne, propre, une vue paradisiaque, une terrasse de folie... ! En face, la plage et les commerce au pied de l appart ! Vraiment TOP et EXCEPTIONEL !

I booked this property for my in-laws, who were visiting from overseas. The property itself is very well located in Sainte Maxime, is well presented, well equipped and comfortable. Judged purely on the property itself, it should attract 4-5 stars. Unfortunately, however, the experience was somewhat tainted by interactions with the property manager. The property owner was very helpful in the process of arranging the booking, and responded promptly to all enquiries. This property requires to secure a deposit on a credit card on arrival (not at the time of booking as with most properties on HomeAway). I did not want my in-laws to have to use their credit card for this purpose, and offered to the owner that the deposit can be secured on my card prior to their arrival, but he chose not to do so. When my in-laws arrived at the property, the property manager wanted to take the security deposit despite my explicit requests that this should not happen. Towards the end of the rental she sent text messages to them about an appointment with her that she felt they had agreed to, although they had no knowledge of this. She used terminology such as "you are not trusted people" and was quite rude and insulting, which I had to address with her. The guests were also due to leave early on the morning of their departure, but she insisted that they meet her first 1-2 days before their departure so that she can show them where to leave the key on the morning of departure. This unfortunately added a very unpleasant aspect to what could and should otherwise have been a very pleasant stay in a good property.
