Excellent exchange with the owners

We contacted the owner beforehand to explain that we were traveling on a motorbike and needed linen (actually as we thought there was linen as it said " "linen provided". But obviously it means ALL linen provided on request - whatever we think that it was not clear. On our arrival very tired after travelling many miles we find no towels at all and not a bottom sheet. We had to purchase travel towels. Although everything else was provided we did not think 8 people could possibly sleep there as suggested. Part of the problem was that the owner speaks no English and although before we went we sent email which were translated into French we did not always get replies. We had to get a friend to ring up and ask about the key as it had not arrived and was due to arrive after we had left (we were touring not going direct to address. It is very unusual not to have towels sheets etc and in all other apartments they have been supplied. Travellers of any kind do not want to take all this on their travels. There was not even a drying up cloth for the washing up of dishes etc. Location was good though and plenty of other things provided and the price was good.
