Check in was difficult because I didn’t speak French and the housekeeper kept trying to call me instead of text. In the end I was able to use Google Translate to send all my enquiries in French. The flat could have had a lot of potential and charm if it wasn’t so run-down and filthy. They have a mice infestation and there was mice poop all over the kitchen counters and floor. I booked for 4 people for a week and they supplied 2 towels and 2 toilet paper rolls. The perks of staying there were good hot water pressure, comfortable beds, and a pleasing view. I will say though the photos on the website were a little misleading because most of the view is just large apartment blocks. I was there during the monaco grand prix historique and there was no chance to check out and rebook elsewhere as the prices were astronomical. Another perk was the grocery store is only a 4 minute walk and it only took 30 mins to walk to the harbour where the race was. In the city of monaco there are many public elevators and outside escalators as Monaco is built on a giant hill, so easy to get around!

the owner only speaks French and it is difficult for tourists to have a conversation with her. From the first day the air conditioner and the television never worked, and it was very hot and it became difficult to stay at home. The floor above, where the other two beds were, was very shaky and dangerous. The dishes weren't clean and I had to wash everything. The first day the owner also asked us for €80 more without explaining the reason.

The property was good value for the price and location. AC worked very well which was a blessing and a rarity in that area of the world. The beds were comfortable. The place is nothing fancy though, and again this was feflected in the price.

There was a problem with the checkin and communication, we had the airco water which fell onto the bed so we had to move the bed. The lady that attended us was super impatient and unfriendly. The apt was dirty, dirty, dirty.. it did not have much toilet paper and nothing to clean the dishes. It was gross. Location was good not the view which was mentioned on the description. I wanted to ask about getting a partal refund since we were so disappointed.
