You can't find anything better...<br>#128578; Location is really good and price is absolutely great. There is a lot of space downstairs and bed was pretty comfortable. Owner is very nice, and bought a new pan after our request. This man is not joking when saying to feel free asking for help.<br>#128577; After our arrival it was pretty dirty in the apartament. The living space is pretty dark, even when it's sunny. Also kitchen equipement is pretty old and poor, but owner is willing to help with this. Also bathroom could be in much better condition.

L'appartement est très calme et en même temps très bien situé, à proximité des transports et du commerce.<br>#128577; Il y avait de la poussière dans l'appartement mais l'hôte n'a pas eu le temps d'organiser le nettoyage régulier puisque l'appartement venait d'être mis en location. L'hôte a déjà organisé l'entretien régulier.

Alan did respond to messages but could've been more helpful<br>#128577; Far away from pairs center about an hour using public transit and CDG airport about 2 hours using public transit. Not that clean, killed multiple bugs, there were stains on some chairs and the couch. The toilet didn't work! Was super annoying We didn't have enough towels or sheets and Alan said they would give us more but apparently they didn't have another key so they couldn't get in if we locked the door which we didn't know so we didn't get more towels or sheets.
