Appart' bucolique en plein centre ville

😊: A magical relaxing home away from home in delightful, green gardens beside the river yet close to the centre.. 😢: Only one thing..the firm beds could have a soft layer for comfort especially for us aged pilgrims..

😊: The address on the website was 8 Rue Buzon, Condom, and that was where our GPS took us. The elderly lady who seemed to be the only occupant of the building knew nothing about travellers' accommodation there, and did not seem to know of another Rue Buzon in Condom. She certainly didn't mention any possibility of another street with the same name. We checked the name of the street: "Rue Buzon". The number above the door: "8". Then we waited in vain for over an hour for someone to arrive. We ended up finding a Chambre d'hotes nearby, which was nice, and cheaper.. 😢: If there is more than one street of the same name in a town the size of Condom, guests from the other side of the world should not be expected to know it. The property owner should advise this, and give clear directions to the correct address. "No-one else has had trouble finding the place" doesn't cut the mustard. We are currently trying to get our money refunded. "Je suis desole" doesn't replace hard earned money saved for what should have been a pleasant overnight stay..

😊: Location, value for money, great for 2 pilgrims we had everything we needed - kitchen , tv , washing machine Close to centre & GR 65 River view & lovely garden. 😢: Nothing Being without a car grocery shopping a bit far in rain ( 10 mins on foot to Lidl) as small grocery store nearby was closed on our dates ..
