Appart'City Classic Toulouse Colomiers

My colleague and I who were staying here for a few days for a training conference were very disappointed in the room, property, and staff. First, after checking in and going to our room, we found out that the hotel does not even have the room configuration (one bedroom apartment with twin beds) I booked through Expedia. They had no options to help us, except that one of us could sleep on the sofa bed (which was not comfortable, though neither was the main bed in the bedroom). The room was dirty upon arrival: the trash hadn't been emptied, there was a really dirty towel left in a closet, the dishes in the kitchenette were dirty, and the floors were dirty. The sheets didn't seem fresh either. Upon mentioning this, the manager said that she would have the room cleaned that day, but all they did was take out the trash, without addressing the other issues, or even giving us soap to wash the dirty dishes. In addition, the room was advertised on Expedia as having free high-speed internet. In reality, it was not free and nor was it available in the room. There is wifi by the reception (where there is one chair in a dark hallway) and supposedly you can have internet by using the cable in the room, though the cable didn't work in our room. The attitude of the staff, especially the front desk worker, was not accommodating or apologetic. My colleagues speaks French, so it wasn't a communication issue. I wouldn't recommend staying there!

The apartments were clean and maintained. The rooms had a stale smell though on arrival. Also had asked in advance for a travel cot, which hadn't been put into room. We chose it for self catering option with 3 young children for quick sleepover from Toulouse airport - if coming from airport, would probably try a hotel closer to airport next time.

The hotel was firstly very difficult to find and it is in the middle of an industrial estate which I hadnt realised but the signs to it are very very difficult to find! The sofa had a dirty mark on the cover and our bed cover was stained we took the cover off the bed and luckily the sheets were clean! The receptionist had not told us you need to book breakfast so when we arrived at breakfast they were not expecting us but the lady was lovely who was in charge and really helped us and made room for us! The pool wasnt open until 11 and we were checking out at 10 so we left and got straight to the airport earlier than required but we felt we had no where to go! This hotel is ok if you dont have children and if you are just staying for a night whilst passing through which is what we were doing!
