😊: very cosy apartment. I think the size is perfect for a family with kids. My kids were so happy to find toys in the room. The free parking and central location were a big plus! It was hard to find any other accommodation in Etretat that included parking.. 😢: The narrow and steep staircase! We already expected this because we had read the reviews, but honestly it's really quite tough to drag so many luggages up the stairs. In France, the ground floor is not level 1. so even though the unit is at level 3, it's more like a level 4 (if you consider ground floor as 1). The garage is also down a flight of stairs and lateral to the apartment. Also pls note that you can only have access to the parking when the room is available (as the key to the garage is in the room). So if you plan to come by Etretat early in the day, u need to find your own parking first. We were lucky that the room was available at 1+pm so we could park..
