😊: Location was perfect to reach the old town, a 10 min walk. Three good supermarkets a few minutes away. Underground garage for the car. Secure doors to the building and the flat. Oven and hob were easy to use. 😢: Roasting trays and oven proof dishes for the oven would have been handy as we cook a lot for ourselves..

😊: Nothing except free parking. 😢: This apartment arrangement is a nightmare! once you book, you have to complete and sign a tenancy agreement. You then receive a message the day before your stay with another form and a deposit to pay that you only get back 2 days after your stay. You then have to email someone else ' a concierge ' to arrange an exact time to meet her for access to the apartment. It's all very stressful when you are on holiday and don't really want to be dealing with it. The apartment is poor , very old and tired and the shower doesn't drain quickly so you can only have short showers. I wouldn't ever go back ..

Verrassend mooi Rouen<br>#128578; Het is even wennen dat je een grote borg moet betalen, een heel document moet ondertekenen en je ID door moet geven om het appartement te boeken, maar als dat gedaan is heb je ook wat. Een royale zitkamer, slaapkamer en keuken maken het appartement de moeite waard. De parking in de garage en de lift voegen daar nog meer aan toe. Op redelijk korte loopafstand ben je zo aan de overkant van de Seine in het heel mooi bewaarde oude centrum.<br>#128577; Het feit dat je naast de booking via Booking een behoorlijke borg van €500 moet betalen. Vreemd omdat dat voorheen nooit hoefde en omdat de booking via Booking toch een garantie is voor de verhuurder . Gelukkig werd de borg snel teruggestort zodat onze creditcard weer positief stond en wij geen extra kosten hoefden te maken.
