😊: Parking, security, clean and good location. The concierge was so helpful and friendly too!. 😢: Nothing.

😊: The only positives are the location and the parking.. 😢: The only positives are the location and the parking. The apartment is in very poor condition and clearly has not been renovated for a long time. The windows were extremely dirty, there were dusty artificial flowers everywhere, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing. The bed linen did not feel fresh. For three guests, only three bath towels and one hand towel were provided, and we were additionally charged for extra towels. For three days, there was only one coffee capsule, one dishwasher tablet and no washing machine capsules. The biggest disappointment was that after check-out we were charged €50 from the deposit for alleged damage to a wall. We did not cause this damage and had not noticed it upon arrival. We were simply charged for it, without any proper discussion or opportunity to establish when or how the damage occurred..

😊: Close proximity to the tram station and the grocery store. Underground parking is a plus.. 😢: The apartment was not clean enough, couch and the kitchen were covered in dust. We requested for a an additional baby cot. This was made available but we had to assemble it ourselves. Later we discovered that the mattress for it was not provided. On asking we were told it would not be possible. (Who would travel on holiday with a mattress!!) This should have been made clear in advance. The dishwasher does not clean properly, maybe it is not maintained properly. Kitchen lacks basic amenities like kitchen towels, salt pepper etc. The garbage disposal bags were also limited and small which doesn’t fit the trash cans..

😊: It was sufficient and affordable.. 😢: There is no service. We are even required to clean the house and empty the bins. Otherwise we risk losing our extra deposit..
