Appart'Hôtel & Spa "Les Voiles" Le Suroît

😊: Great location for the standing stones and walking into Carnac village. Also, the instructions for accessing the place were extremely thorough.. 😢: I found it appalling that bed linens are not included in the rental price. Expecting people to pay an extra €40 (for 2 nights) for linens after they’ve booked is misleading. Towels were noted as extra charge, which is done in some places. But not bedding. Staying in an accommodation should automatically include bedding - not an extra charge or bring your own, particularly being notified after booking! That should be clear in the terms and stayed up front. Also, I found it disturbing that cleaning post stay is left to the guests unless they pay an additional €30. If guests do not pay to have the place cleaned, I assume that means we are using bathrooms that haven’t been sanitised between guests. That’s not acceptable to me. Again, this should be included in the rental price or very clearly stated BEFORE booking. Also, sanitising bathrooms between guests should be a mandatory requirement of the operator - not the guests..

😊: In life is as in pictures. Nice and lovely interior. Good kitchen, beds, very big blankets 🤭 good place to stay more as one night.
