😊: Position. Spacious. Confortable.. 😢: Cleaning not done when we arrived but owner sorted this v quickly. No hand soap in kitchen or bathroom..

😊: We didn't end up staying here as the property had not been cleaned when we arrived. However, had it been cleaned it would have been nice. The kids room had 2 sets of bunk beds, and the double looked large enough. The lounge/kitchen was also spacious and it had a nice look. It was in a great location in the historical centre which is why we picked it. As I said, though we did't end up staying here as it hadn't been cleaned. I texted the concierge number, and they replied quickly and were very helpful. They arranged another place for us to stay. Very good service from them, which is the reason I have given it a 3 and not a 1.. 😢: Hadn't been cleaned by 15h, which was disappointing, judging by the other reviews not the first time they have had this issue. The concierge set us up in another apartment, they were very helpful. There is no street parking, so you need to park in a public car park, which is about 7 mins walk away..

😊: Fab location in the heart of the old town. 😢: There was no AC in the main living area and bedroom units were noisy.

😊: The apartment is very nice and it is in a great central location.. 😢: Considering there is even a cleaning fee included in the price I would expect someone would clean the apartment. I had to wash the dishes before using it because they were visibly dirty, I took off my shoes after arrival and could feel the floor was dirty and my baby had black dirt on her legs after crawling on the floor, I even found a small piece of some dried salami on the floor. If I was staying for longer I would have to do proper cleaning to feel comfortable there. The air condition was effective but very loud, but that is a problem only during the heatwave we experienced. Very annoying was a small sheet that kept coming off the mattress during the night. The apartment has a big potential and someone needs to take care of it. If it was clean we would enjoy our stay there..
