😊: Big. 😢: Cleaness and neighborhood. It was full of dust and neighborhood welled at us for no reasons..

😊: Big and comfortable. 😢: The stairs and the door wasn’t easy to open.

😊: The interior is really nice and is exactly like the photos. It was spacious and comfortable for 8 adults and 2 children They also had plenty of things available for use in the kitchen, like pots and pans, but also things like salt and pepper and some spices so that was useful There is a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer there too which is useful to have for a large group especially The owners were really helpful with information about the apartment and parking, sending photos before our arrival so that we would be able to easily find out way in One of the neighbours was really helpful and gave us information about the building and parking when we needed help. 😢: The area and the building itself. The building was quite rundown and didn't have a lift despite the apartment being on the second floor ( I think it would have been better to have mentioned this) The area didn't feel the safest. We had driven there and preferred to drive when we knew that we were going to be back late as we didn't feel 100% safe since we only had one man in the group It might be that the area is actually safe but we were cautious but I can't be sure.

😊: Sab and Stef were super responsive and helpful with all our needs and requests. The apartment is very cozy, all amenities in working and clean state. Towel, cooking utensils, and FANS or ventilators placed in every room. in this hot summer weather- that was very thoughtful thank you! My family had an amazing time but unfortunately our trip was cut short due to an emergency. Hopefully we can stay here again the next time we come visiting Paris. 😢: Only to be aware the apartment is on the second floor and no elevators if your family have baggages.

😊: Fabulous communication from owners. Brilliant location - so easy to get into Paris. Apartment was a great size. Worked really well with our extended family group. Loved the living room/kitchen space.. 😢: Happy with everything..
