😊: Nothing!. 😢: ⚠️ Warning: Do Not Book This Place I booked this property for 5 nights, traveling all the way from Egypt with my children, expecting to enjoy our holiday. Instead, this place completely ruined our trip. I tried contacting the host countless times — by phone, text, email, and even through Booking.com — with zero response. Booking.com themselves also tried reaching out multiple times with no luck. I had no choice but to leave after only 2 nights and find another place. The host still refuses to refund the 3 unused nights, and to this day, has not responded. Absolutely unacceptable. The "apartment" is not an apartment at all — it is literally the rooftop of a building, poorly converted into a living space. The entire place smelled absolutely awful, including the bedding and blankets, which were unusable. There was no hot water, so you cannot take a shower or even wash your face properly. Ventilation is non-existent — the only two windows are at the top, not on the sides, so they cannot be opened to let in fresh air. The place feels suffocating. Everything inside was broken or damaged. The wardrobe was broken, with no shelves, and awkwardly placed in a cramped corner under a low ceiling. The kettle was filthy and smelled so bad you wouldn’t even want to touch it, let alone make hot water for drinking. The kitchenware was extremely old, heavily used, and not washed properly. There was no soap for washing dishes, no sponge, no hand soap in the bathroom, and nothing for the shower. The towels provided smelled disgusting and could not be used. The coffee machine was dirty beyond belief, with stagnant water left inside for what looked like months. The washing machine was in such bad condition that using it would make your clothes dirtier, not cleaner — and even if you washed them, there was no drying rack or space to hang them, meaning your clothes would be ruined. There was no internet working at all — no Wi-Fi, nothing..

😊: Host didn't give us lockbox code and didn't answer phone or email, had to call booking.com to get reallocated which was a nightmare as everything that late was booked up. Don't stay here, scam!. 😢: Communication and access - a scam.

😊: Convenient stop over from Disneyland back to up Calais. Lock/key safe so easy to access the property when we arrived. Parking outside in the street. Had a fridge, kettle, shower and towels..
