Appartement 2 pièces cosy

😊: Very good location, practically in the center of Grasse. The apartment is on the first floor. It is located close to a bus stop (100 meters) that offers direct access to Nice Airport. The train station is a 20-minute walk or bus ride away. The apartment is equipped with all necessary kitchen and bathroom utensils. Very clean.. 😢: The apartment doesn't have air conditioning. With the window open, there's a lot of street noise at night. The garbage truck that collects the trash every morning at 4 a.m. is particularly annoying. I recommend earplugs, as that's perfect..
