Appartement 2 Queenbed parking clim wifi

The house was even better than it appeared online. We were very pleased with our stay and the host was very responsive.

😊: The apartment has been recently refurbished. It’s all immaculately clean and the furniture is functional.. 😢: The property is listed as fully air-conditioned. It is not. Only the living room has an air-conditioning unit, which does not manage to cool down the two bedrooms. As a result, in the middle of a hot summer the bedrooms were very hot, although at least one had a small fan, which made it just about bearable. The other bedroom was stifling had no fan; I was obliged to sleep in the living room sofa in order to have a night’s rest. Fortunately, there were only 2 of us and I could sleep in the sofa whilst my friend slept in the room with the fan. But this is not what we were expecting given what was advertised..

The apartment is NOT new, it is 3 floors up accessed by a dingy stairwell. Tha exterior of the building looks like a tenement from the back. We left 3 days early taking the loss as a crack suddenly appeared over our bed which I thought was water induced but was not but I did not feel good sleeping under it. The sitting room couch is impossible to sit on. Some of the “Reno’s “ are nice - kitchen and bathroom but it is definitely not a new apartment. Very disappointed in our 2 out of 5 night stay!
