Appartement 2P Idéalement Placé Juan les Pins

😊: Excellent location.. 😢: The pictures showed a light bright apartment with 2 full length window allowing light and air to flow in. The shutters on window with the view were broken and looked like they had had a problem for a long time. This meant we only had a single window looking directly onto a brick wall. We also had no WiFi for the duration of our 7 night stay. There were other things we didn't like, but wouldn't have been a problem if it weren't for the 2 big problems. We were told about the "2 problems" as an afterthought just before the host left us, with the assurance that they would both be fixed within a day or two. Even though we contacted them a few times, nothing was done. I messaged them when we left almost 2 weeks ago, but they have ignored my message..

😊: Close to the water front and train station.. 😢: Unfortunately, our stay at the apartment in Juan-les-Pins was not as restful as we had hoped. The biggest issue was the noise: the neighbors were extremely loud, with children screaming and crying until as late as 2:00 am, and the parents yelling as well. It was very difficult to get a good night’s sleep, and there seemed to be no consideration for those trying to rest. In addition, we were required to wash, dry, and put away all the dishes we used, as well as take out the garbage ourselves before leaving. While we understand the need to leave things tidy, this felt a bit excessive for a vacation rental. Overall, the constant noise and strict cleaning expectations took away from what could have been a more enjoyable experience..

😊: We had a great stay at this apartment! Everything was as described, clean, and well-equipped. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach and most important for us: train station as we were working in Cannes. Communication with the hosts was smooth and friendly; they were helpful and made check-in and check-out very easy. We would definitely recommend this place ! Thanks Jordan & Rabbia!.

😊: Great little flat super close to the beach at Juan Les Pins. Has everything you need for a short stay. The host is communicative and was flexible on the arrival time.. 😢: It was a tiny bit noisy from the stairs/neighbours, so the walls are quite thin. However if you are out all day this is not an issue, as it’s quiet in the evenings. Also be mindful that the sofa arms aren’t fixed - I leaned on these a couple of times and fell off the sofa both times 🤣.
