Check in process was bad. It took several hours before we could get someone who could help us get the keys. The instructions were incomplete. Spent over an hour on an international call with VRBO trying to resolve and was unable to find a resolution. We were unable to contact host for check in.Parking was supposed to be available but we could not retrieve key for garage.
