Appartement 3 pièces au pied des pistes de la Colmiane

😊: Very nice little 2 bedroom apartment. Big double bed. I was worried this was a fake ad as there are no reviews. But it is real and a really nice place to stay!. 😢: Not sure if something was lost in translation but it was quite difficult to find the right apartment. I found the keys easily, got in the block, but there are 3 floors of apartments and I had no idea which one it was. Just kept trying to unlock different doors till one opened 😂 chain smokers on the bottom floor meant doors to balcony had to say closed..

😊: The location. 😢: 1. Communication with the owners was very poor. As were their directions. They refused to answer my several messages before arrival asking for precise the address and location. The keys were difficult to find as we were told that they were in a lock box behind the bin area in the building whereas it was in a communal bin are outside the the building on the other side of the road and difficult to reach as the terrain s uneven and is especially difficult if one is not flexible and finds bending difficult. Eventually joining instructions were emailed after 4.00 pm the day before arrival - so late as to be anxiety provoking when one is trying to plan everything in advance 2. Having been uncommunicative beforehand I was then bombarded with messages about leaving 3. Having to vacate by 10.00 am is too early and puts one under pressure 4 Furnishing and fittings are very basic - it is not somewhere one would want to spend any time relaxing 5. Lack of drawer space in the twin bedded room 6. No kettle 7. The external facilities that are advertised are not in the building itself but in another residential building some way away.
