😊: Good value for money.. 😢: It was quite hot durig our stay in Paris..

😊: Area is safe and secure .There are cafes and restaurants in 5 mins walk. Parking lot is very easy to use. Enough space for family size of 4 .Owner is very kind and helpful. 😢: Little odor from toilet. required to improve ventilation. Kitchen equipment can be renewed..

😊: I’d give a 10/10 to this property, but unfortunately the neighbours are miserable that’s why I’m only giving a 8/10. Host is exceptional, location amazing, the size of the flat is fantastic. But neighbours, gosh, they are mad. If you’re a family with kids I don’t recommend this place, as the neighbours knock into the walls when we had a laugh. They even knocked the walls when we were getting ready to leave the flat.

😊: it was easy and clear instructions with pictures were provided.
