😊: When I request something, they will provide. 😢: my recent stay at this apartment, Unfortunately, my experience with the room did not meet expectations. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival — I noticed dust on the furniture and stains and bad odour on the bedsheets. Additionally, the apartment was so so cold that I have to request a heater that I have to plug, no iron, no internet facilities, making the room uncomfortable and noisy. The bathroom also had a lingering odor, and some of the amenities (such as toiletries and towels) were either missing or not replenished during my stay. Overall, I was disappointed with the condition and maintenance of the room, especially considering the price. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to improve future guests’ experiences. Thank you for your attention to this matter..

😊: Location. 😢: Dirty smelly not like on photos only bedding for 2 whereas we booked and paid for 4. We called the owners and wrote to him but he abused us..
