AVOID AT ANY COST, HOST HAS HOSTILE BEHAVIOUR, SUPER RUDE AND DISTURBING BEHAVIOUR, NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. Very disappointed with booking. Com for advertising and supporting such host on their platform.. 😢: So, we were 4 guests in total, checked in at 4pm on 17th of July for 2 nights to Apartment 3P, 52bis Avenue, Maurice Thorez, 94200 Ivry-Sur-Seine, France We were really looking forward to our stay but unfortunately we had an awful and stressful time at the property due to the following issues we have discovered after we checked-in. Host's colleague named "Sultan" gave us a key to the apartment and quickly showed us around and left. As soon as we entered, we all noticed that the floor around the whole apartment block felt sticky and wasn't clean. So, I decided to mop the floor. When I found the mop in the toilet, the mop itself was disgustingly gross and smell horrible. I wouldn't even dare to touch it, as it was that dirty and sticky. However, the reason I didn't take the mop picture from the bottom as I didn't want to get sick by touching it. It was really hot weather and there was no fan or Aircon in the property, so we all took our shoes off. When I walked around the apartment without shoes, within a minute, my shocks turned all dirty and sticky. This shouldn't have happened if it was being cleaned just couple of hours before we checked-in? As it was an early start for us that day, me and my husband both needed a coffee. When approached to the coffee machine, its covered in dust. I have attached a picture for your reference. The whole kitchen surface and kitchen sink was sticky and dirty. So, we just had water from our water bottle. When I tried to put the bottle on coffee table was set in the lounge area, felt sticky too. So, I went in kitchen and there was a new pack of two yellow cloths been left for wiping the surface. I have took one out and wiped the coffee table and its almost turned black and dirty. Its like the coffee table never being cleaned. The whole apartment was covered in dust and I don't like dirty surrounding, I thought, I will quickly do a vacuum cleaning..

😊: Top location, comfortable and our host was perfect..

😊: Located in a lively neighbourhood with lots of bistros, cafes opened until late. In a 3 min walking distance grocery shop with all you need. Good connection to the centre with pink metro line going to Trocadero and further to some historical sights. Friendly staff who was flexible to hand over the keys even late evening.. 😢: The flat was in last floor. We were there when the weather was really hot, so it was stuffy. Also it was a bit run down - you saw that previously someone lived there and some furniture was taken away with holes in the walls after it, some places the floor was badly scratched, but the worst was it was not cleaned before our arrival. The handle of the fridge was stained with some food, the coffee machine full of used capsules. The bathroom would deserve some proper cleaning too..

😊: I was not met by the host, Benjamin, but by the owner who is a very nice guy. The apartment is located near Chinatown close to the metro and spacious. It is at the rare of the building with a good view and no street noise. Security into the building is very good. There is an spacious elevator to the top floor where the room height is standard. There was a Nespresso type coffee machine that took normal capsules, a state of the art iron, fridge with ice making facilities, and all that you would need for your stay. The area has a bohemian atmosphere with a late night food outlets. (recommend Soho Burger bar for Bubble Tea) Highly recommended and great value for money.. 😢: The bedrooms were clean but the living area is a bit of a dust trap and like other reviews I would recommend a little more attention to its mopping and sweeping. On the last morning of our stay there was no hot water but we had no time to get that fixed as we had to check out with a full schedule plan for the day..
